- 8+ years building and scaling consumer digital products.
- Significant mobile app development experience.
- Experience owning end-to-end product strategy and outcomes.
- Proven success growing engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in experimentation and customer insights.
- Exceptional ability to influence stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Data, and executive leadership.
- Proven track record balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the long-term vision and roadmap for the Lonely Planet App.
- Prioritize product opportunities based on customer insights, data, and business impact.
- Develop product-led growth strategies to increase customer lifetime value, engagement, and retention.
- Lead the development of AI-native experiences for travel planning and in-trip guidance.
- Align Engineering, Design, Data, Editorial, Marketing, and Commercial teams around shared outcomes.
- Build a culture of experimentation using A/B testing and rapid iteration.
