Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience.
- 10+ years working with clinical systems, including EMRs.
- Experience applying predictive, generative, or agentic AI in a clinical or healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with mid- and back-end revenue cycle workflows, specifically authorization and pre-authorization.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, and Clinical teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate market needs into product requirements.
- Clinical license and direct clinical experience is preferred.
- Ability to travel to home offices in TN for training.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for new and existing products.
- Lead the application of predictive, generative, and agentic AI capabilities within health system workflows.
- Define and measure success metrics to guide product investment and prioritization.
- Manage end-to-end product planning including business requirements, functional design, ROI analysis, and pricing.
- Represent Xsolis capabilities with customers, prospects, and at industry events.
- Identify growth opportunities by applying existing capabilities to new markets and use cases.
- Drive cross-functional enablement activities for sales, support, and implementation teams.
