Requirements
- 8-10+ years of product management experience.
- At least 2 years owning AI/ML-powered product experiences.
- Proven PLG instincts with experience owning activation, onboarding, or self-serve growth metrics.
- Understanding of generative AI and LLMs sufficient to collaborate with engineering teams.
- Track record of taking complex AI or growth initiatives from 0 to 1 and scaling them.
- Data fluency: ability to define success metrics and design experiments.
- Experience building enterprise-grade products while maintaining end-user usability.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and visual).
- Experience with content generation or document intelligence is a plus.
- Background in template ecosystems or recommendation systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with onboarding funnel analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the AI creation product surface, including AI-powered asset generation and intelligent template recommendations.
- Define and drive the activation strategy to reduce time-to-value for new and expanding users.
- Improve AI output quality by setting standards and collaborating with engineering and design.
- Build a product-led growth feedback loop to optimize creation flows and drive user expansion.
- Partner with engineering, design, data science, and platform teams to ship technically excellent and delightful capabilities.
- Define quality standards for AI-generated content and ensure team alignment.
- Communicate complex AI and growth strategies to executives and GTM partners.
