Requirements
- 8-10+ years of product management experience.
- At least 2 years owning AI/ML-powered product experiences.
- Proven product-led growth (PLG) instincts with experience in activation, onboarding, or self-serve growth.
- Understanding of generative AI and LLMs to drive technical boundaries.
- Track record of taking complex AI or growth initiatives from 0 to 1 and scaling them.
- Data fluency including defining success metrics and designing experiments.
- Experience building for enterprise buyers while optimizing for end-user delight.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Experience with content generation or document intelligence is a plus.
- Familiarity with template ecosystems, marketplaces, or recommendation systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with onboarding funnel analytics tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the AI creation product surface including asset generation and intelligent template recommendations.
- Define and drive the activation strategy to reduce time-to-value for new and expanding users.
- Improve AI output quality by defining standards and working with cross-functional teams to iterate on accuracy.
- Build the product-led growth feedback loop to optimize creation flows and drive user expansion.
- Partner with engineering, design, data science, and platform teams to ship technically excellent capabilities.
- Define quality standards for AI-generated content and ensure team accountability.
- Communicate strategy narratives for executives, GTM partners, and the broader product organization.
