Job Details

Minimum of 8 years of product management experience delivering successful technical products.
Proven experience in cybersecurity, AI infrastructure, platform engineering, or enterprise technology.
Demonstrated expertise owning cyber products, platform products, developer platforms, or complex systems-oriented products.
Strong technical fluency to work with engineering leaders on architecture, APIs, data flows, scalability, and security.
Experience defining clear functional and non-functional requirements for engineering teams.
Strategic judgment connecting technical investments to customer value and market differentiation.
Working knowledge of cybersecurity concepts (threat emulation, detection, response, security operations).
Deep understanding of enterprise technical buying dynamics and product discovery in B2B environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for one of SimSpace's most strategic product portfolios.
Determine how Environmental Realism evolves to support AI-native security products, autonomous agents, and cyber operations.
Drive alignment and facilitate prioritization across engineering, UX, cyber experts, and executive leadership.
Partner with cybersecurity companies, enterprise security teams, and military organizations to define requirements.
Guide the evolution of capabilities including attack simulation, user activity generation, and AI-assisted environment creation.
Translate insights from customers, partners, and engineering into actionable product strategy and roadmap investments.
