Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- 3+ years of experience focused on go-to-market tools and platform products in an enterprise environment.
- Demonstrated experience working within SAFe or agile frameworks, including PI Planning.
- Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification.
- SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification.
- Experience supporting sales, revenue, or marketing operations functions.
- Familiarity with CPQ, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud implementations.
- Strong ability to query data, interpret metrics, and build business cases.
- Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools like Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to senior leaders.
Responsibilities
- Define, maintain, and communicate a prioritized product roadmap aligned to company go-to-market objectives.
- Translate strategic priorities into quarterly PI objectives within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Engage with internal stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, and Finance to understand workflows and business goals.
- Define clear epics, features, and user stories with well-articulated acceptance criteria.
- Serve as the Product Owner for the agile team, owning and grooming the team backlog.
- Leverage AI tools such as Claude and Gemini to accelerate requirements documentation and surface data insights.
- Make real-time prioritization and trade-off decisions to keep the team moving and unblocked.
- Define success metrics for features and initiatives and track outcomes post-deployment.
