Requirements
- 5–8 years of product management experience in B2B or SaaS environments.
- Meaningful ownership of payments, fintech, or other high-stakes financial products.
- Technical fluency in payments, including PayFac, tokenization, settlement, ACH, and disputes.
- Experience in a PayFac, payment processor, or fintech infrastructure environment.
- Strong commercial instinct with ability to connect product decisions to revenue and margin.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams like Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Finance.
- Systems thinking capabilities to manage complex, interdependent products and roadmaps.
- Ability to balance risk and reliability with speed and growth.
- Proficiency with AI tools to accelerate discovery and prototyping.
Responsibilities
- Partner on the roadmap for emerging fintech products including capital lending, new payment experiences, and funds acceleration.
- Own the roadmap for in-person payments and point-of-sale financial experiences.
- Harden cross-service financial logic and implement deterministic safeguards to reduce errors.
- Define and deliver canonical reconciliation reporting, automated settlement ingestion, and validation.
- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Engineering to enhance fraud monitoring and automate dispute workflows.
