Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in product management or a related field
- A desire to work in the B2B / SaaS market
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Proficiency with product management tools such as Productboard and JIRA
- Ability to build roadmaps and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Experience with full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and research
- Strong analytical skills, including analyzing product usage and adoption trends
- Experience using product analytics tools like Pendo
- Demonstrated fluency with AI tools and workflows (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
- Strong interpersonal, writing, and independent time management skills
Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering, design, and other product managers throughout the full product lifecycle, from discovery to launch, to ship features that solve real customer problems
- Gather, organize, and prioritize feature requests and requirements from customers, sales, design, and other stakeholders
- Write clear product requirements and drive timely cross-functional execution
- Identify and scope opportunities to use AI and machine learning, like predicting equipment failures, to help maintenance teams avoid costly downtime
- Use AI tools to accelerate own workflow, including research, requirements writing, and data analysis
- Participate in quality assurance testing before feature deployment
- Document features and workflows to grow internal knowledge base
