Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of enterprise SaaS products.
- 5+ years of cyber threat intelligence experience, using OSINT and darknet data to investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents.
- Experience building products for cybersecurity, fraud prevention, digital identity, or investigations.
- Experience delivering AI/ML-powered products or features, including working with data science teams.
- Proven success partnering with engineering and data science organizations to deliver products from concept through launch.
- Experience working directly with enterprise and government customers to understand workflows.
- Strong track record influencing executive stakeholders and driving cross-functional alignment.
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, digital investigations, or threat intelligence platforms.
- Experience with cybercrime investigations, digital forensics, fraud operations, or SOC workflows.
- Working knowledge of APIs, MCPs, data platforms, and search technologies.
- Experience using product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, or Figma.
Responsibilities
- Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI-powered Investigations portfolio.
- Identify and drive opportunities to embed AI, machine learning, and automation into investigative workflows.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer investigative workflows, threat intelligence use cases, and cybercrime trends.
- Lead product discovery through customer interviews, usability research, and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to deliver intelligent, high-impact capabilities.
- Define success metrics and leverage analytics to continuously improve the product.
- Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure successful product launches.
- Serve as the product subject matter expert for investigations and AI capabilities.
