Responsibilities
- Serve as the 'Chief People Officer' for assigned business teams to enable success.
- Manage all People disciplines including employee relations, performance management, levelling, promotions, and compensation.
- Gather anecdotal feedback from teams and report to leadership to address concerns rapidly.
- Develop and refine People programs such as levelling, promotions, and performance cycles.
- Drive organizational strategies like workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
- Collaborate with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards teams to optimize operations.
