Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally supporting global, high-growth, sales-focused, or technology organizations.
- Proven experience as a senior HR business partner advising executive leaders and driving organizational transformation.
- Strong understanding of sales organizations, compensation structures, workforce planning, and performance strategies.
- Experience developing and implementing talent programs such as leadership development, succession planning, and capability-building initiatives.
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead programs within matrixed organizations.
- Strong knowledge of HR strategy, organizational effectiveness, change leadership, and employee engagement practices.
- Experience with HR systems such as Workday (preferred).
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and executive coaching skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate workforce data into actionable business recommendations.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments while managing multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales executives and leadership teams to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business goals, organizational priorities, and growth objectives.
- Lead talent management initiatives including workforce planning, hiring strategies, onboarding, retention programs, succession planning, and high-potential talent development.
- Drive organizational effectiveness initiatives, including change management, team development, engagement strategies, and continuous improvement programs.
- Coach leaders on performance management, employee relations matters, goal setting, feedback practices, and leadership effectiveness.
- Identify capability gaps and partner with learning teams to create development plans that strengthen leadership and employee growth.
- Use workforce analytics and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities while providing recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Champion inclusive workplace practices and collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver scalable people programs.
- Support sales compensation strategies, performance metrics, and organizational practices that improve business outcomes.
- Build strong relationships across a distributed organization, influencing stakeholders at all levels through credibility, communication, and strategic insight.
