Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in People Operations, Business Operations, or related operational leadership.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable processes and operating models.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform workforce data into strategic recommendations.
- Experience building People analytics capabilities, reporting structures, and data governance practices.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- Expertise in HR technology, automation, and applying AI solutions to operational workflows.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle operations and workforce planning.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership influence skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and manage the People operating system, including planning cycles and documentation standards.
- Build accountability frameworks to improve prioritization and execution across the People organization.
- Develop scalable employee lifecycle systems covering onboarding, offboarding, and talent programs.
- Build and maintain People analytics capabilities, ensuring accurate reporting and data governance.
- Lead workforce planning initiatives and develop forecasting capabilities.
- Own HR technology strategy, including HRIS requirements, automation, and AI enablement.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and leadership to provide strategic, data-driven recommendations.
