Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, management consulting, or senior relationship management.
- Proven experience working directly with business owners, founders, or senior executives.
- Strong understanding of advisory firms or similar client-focused professional services.
- Demonstrated ability to drive commercial outcomes and influence decision-makers.
- Experience with organizational change, mergers, acquisitions, or business transformations.
- Strong analytical skills with comfort managing business performance metrics.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present to executives.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to build credibility with experienced professionals.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset and ability to operate independently.
- Adept at creating processes and frameworks in ambiguous or evolving environments.
Responsibilities
- Participate in pre-acquisition diligence to assess cultural alignment and integration complexity.
- Develop and execute firm-specific success and transition plans to mitigate retention risks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner firms through the integration journey.
- Build trusted relationships with firm principals and leadership teams to drive growth.
- Coordinate onboarding activities and milestone tracking across internal teams and partners.
- Manage post-transition value creation, including business improvements and synergy identification.
- Monitor firm performance metrics, including growth, retention, and financial outcomes.
- Develop reporting, processes, and playbooks to support program scalability.
