- 5+ years of experience leading sales teams, with a track record managing senior Account Executives.
- Deep understanding of corporate travel ecosystems, including Travel Management Company (TMC) models and distribution platforms.
- Proven experience building outbound prospecting strategies for enterprise-level account acquisition.
- Expertise in coaching and mentoring high-performing sales professionals.
- Strong consultative selling skills with experience navigating cycles involving executives, procurement, and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze sales data and use metrics to improve team performance.
- Experience leading and maintaining culture within distributed, remote sales teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with evolving processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of experienced National Account Executives to achieve ambitious sales goals.
- Build and maintain a high-accountability culture within a fully remote sales organization.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on enterprise sales strategies, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
- Support strategic deal execution by joining key customer meetings and helping teams navigate complex multi-stakeholder negotiations.
- Develop and optimize outbound sales strategies to engage executive decision-makers at high-value enterprise accounts.
- Utilize CRM insights and pipeline analytics to improve sales velocity and conversion rates.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Partnerships teams to align sales strategies with customer needs.
- Continuously improve sales processes, playbooks, and operating rhythms.
