Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in event content operations, speaker management, event programming, or large-scale B2B events.
- Proven experience independently managing complex speaker and content workflows across multiple stages and stakeholder groups.
- Experience owning event content systems or agenda-management platforms (metadata, speaker records, deck tracking).
- Background in supporting executive, customer, or internal speakers from onboarding through onsite execution.
- Strong understanding of speaker readiness, rehearsal logistics, technical checks, and backstage handoffs.
- Experience managing call-for-sessions workflows and content review cycles.
- Strong project-management skills: ability to build workbacks, communication plans, and status reports.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills to enforce deadlines and build trust.
- Exceptional attention to detail regarding content accuracy, data integrity, and brand alignment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across teams and time zones.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end speaker journey from confirmation and onboarding through content readiness, rehearsals, onsite support, and post-event follow-up.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for executives, customers, employees, and partners.
- Lead content operations including call-for-sessions workflows, agenda data, session metadata, speaker records, deck tracking, and production handoffs.
- Manage event content systems to ensure consistency across platforms, workbooks, dashboards, and production documents.
- Build and manage workbacks, communications plans, milestone calendars, and status updates.
- Coordinate deck reviews, technical checks, rehearsals, and speaker briefings.
- Lead know-before-you-go sessions, speaker-ready-room operations, and backstage handoffs.
- Identify risks early and provide clear communication to stakeholders.
