Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, medical billing, or healthcare operations.
- At least 2 years of experience managing mid-size teams.
- Strong proficiency with RCM technology, clearinghouses, EHR/PM systems, and denial management tools.
- Proven track record of driving projects to completion.
- Experience using operational data to manage performance and insights.
- Demonstrated experience hiring, coaching, and developing remote teams.
- Strong communication skills for client engagement.
- Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage, hire, train, and coach a team of RCM associates and contractors.
- Oversee daily revenue cycle tasks including coding, claims, payment posting, denial management, and A/R follow-up.
- Lead high-priority projects such as client implementations and process overhauls.
- Track and report on KPIs like clean claim rate, days in A/R, and net collection rate.
- Engage with clients to build trust and ensure service satisfaction.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and documentation standards.
