Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or operations in business or social impact contexts.
- Expertise in turning ambiguity into clear, actionable plans.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional work end-to-end.
- Systems-minded approach to designing processes and workflows.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders with clear, structured communication.
- Technically fluent in spreadsheets, dashboards, and project tools.
- Ability to diagnose issues and drive decisions using data.
- Experience or interest in applying AI and automation to operational problems.
- High ownership and professional accountability.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive a portfolio of high-priority workstreams and initiatives across Global Shared Services.
- Conduct cross-functional analyses to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in Finance, HR, and Risk.
- Streamline workflows and build scalable systems to support organizational growth.
- Identify and implement practical AI and automation use cases for operational workflows.
- Drive major cross-functional initiatives such as audit follow-ups, compliance improvements, and policy rollouts.
- Act as a high-trust thought partner to the COO and functional leaders.
