Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Recruiting or Talent Operations in a high-growth, global, or distributed environment.
- Hands-on administration experience with an ATS, specifically Greenhouse.
- Experience with at least one CRM, interview-intelligence, or scheduling/candidate-experience platform (e.g., Gem, BrightHire, GoodTime, Guide).
- Strong data fluency with the ability to pull, interpret, and visualize recruiting data.
- Advanced spreadsheet skills and experience with a BI or reporting tool.
- Strong program and project management skills with the ability to run cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven track record in leading process improvements and tool rollouts.
- Fluency with automation and AI-enabled recruiting tooling.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to influence without authority.
Responsibilities
- Map, standardize, and continuously improve recruiting workflows end to end to remove bottlenecks and drive consistency.
- Establish operating rhythms, SLAs, and clear ownership to ensure a high-quality experience for all stakeholders.
- Act as the primary administrator and SME for the recruiting tech stack including Greenhouse, Gem, BrightHire, and Guide.
- Identify and implement automation and AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual effort.
- Ensure the accuracy of recruiting data across Greenhouse and downstream systems, building and maintaining performance dashboards.
- Develop playbooks, training materials, and documentation to support the full recruiting lifecycle.
- Partner with TA leadership and Finance to support capacity modeling, target setting, and headcount reconciliation.
