Requirements

- 3 years of project management experience with a track record of leading successful projects.
- Exposure to workplace tools like Smartsheet, RFPio, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, and MS Office Suite.
- Proven ability to work successfully across an organization with multiple business groups.
- Results-driven and detail-oriented mindset.
- Highly organized with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Passionate about customer satisfaction.
- AA in a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support new client implementations from handoff through go-live.
- Schedule and facilitate implementation meetings, including internal prep calls, kickoff calls, and routine touchpoints.
- Guide clients through implementation steps, ensuring clarity on next actions, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Serve as a day-to-day contact for implementation-related questions and follow-ups.
- Maintain implementation plans, trackers, and documentation using tools like Smartsheet.
- Monitor implementation milestones and flag risks or delays to senior team members.
- Partner with Sales and Account Management teams to align on client requirements and products.
- Maintain accurate documentation in CRM and implementation tools.
