Requirements
- Background in software implementations or professional services.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to understand platform capabilities and limitations.
- Familiarity with no-code platforms or integration projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage task lists and calendars.
- Excellent communication abilities with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Natural problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Located within the continental United States.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent bank implementations with overlapping timelines, tracking dependencies and risks while driving projects to on-time completion.
- Lead client calls and build trusted relationships with stakeholders from C-suite executives to operations staff.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Implementation Architects, Software Engineers, and Customer Success to ensure smooth project execution.
- Translate complex technical requirements between clients and internal teams while protecting your implementation team from scope creep.
- Perform hands-on configuration and debugging when needed to keep projects moving forward.
- Document solutions and identify process improvements to enhance future deployments and team efficiency.
- Escalate strategically to sales and leadership when additional support is needed to unblock critical issues.
