Requirements

- Strong background in general web technologies: DNS, web accessibility, site performance, technical SEO, and e-commerce.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to triage requests and escalate as necessary.
- Demonstrated ability to manage assigned work independently and adjust to competing priorities.
- Effective problem-solving, conflict resolution, and context-switching skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to create structure in ambiguous situations.
- Understanding of how AI can multiply productivity.
Responsibilities
- Drive partner adoption of WordPress and Automattic products.
- Resolve incoming partner requests with high precision.
- Define website functionality in ambiguous contexts and manage delivery timelines.
- Lead high-touch deployments including DNS, domain transfers, and data migrations.
- Act as the voice of the customer for internal product teams.
- Translate partner requests into concrete, technical requirements.
- Respond to urgent incidents like fatal errors or workflow-blocking bugs.
