Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Planning, Operations, and Project Management.
- Proven understanding of project management principles.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and lead project teams.
- Strong business and finance acumen with experience in project costing and front-end planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced skills in spreadsheets, formulas, and costing templates.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally on occasion (approx. 2 trips per quarter).
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Design, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Preferred: Experience with design programs such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, or BlueBeam.
- Preferred: Experience in retail or similar related industries.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and project manage Shop and Space Planning (SSP) team workflow and resources for projects from start to finish.
- Maintain and train team members on workflow process tools to enhance planning, structure, and transparency.
- Implement Sprint and squad team projects for SSP.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to integrate workflows, handle requests, and prioritize tasks.
- Create and manage spreadsheets, project costing templates, and team documentation.
- Participate in strategy planning meetings and provide regular workload capacity updates.
- Partner with leaders to assess processes, identify development opportunities, and lead team meetings.
