Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Planning/Operations and Project Management.
- Proven understanding of project management principles.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and lead project teams.
- Strong business and finance acumen with analytical decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, formulas, and costing templates.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally on occasion (approx. 2 trips per quarter).
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Design, Construction Management, or related field.
- Preferred: Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, or BlueBeam.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and project manage SSP team workflow and resources from start to finish.
- Maintain workflow process tools, enhancing structure, planning, and transparency.
- Implement Sprint and squad team projects for SSP.
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate workflows, handle requests, and prioritize tasks.
- Manage project costing templates and documentation in collaboration with the Global SSP PM team.
- Facilitate value-driven meetings to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Assess and improve team processes and tools to drive efficiency.
