3+ years of professional services and/or project or program management experience.
3+ years overseeing technical delivery or consulting projects, ideally in data or analytics.
3+ years of client account management experience.
CAPM or PMP certified preferred; CSM, SAFe, or equivalent Agile certifications a plus.
Demonstrated proficiency across Hybrid, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies.
Working knowledge of modern data ecosystems (Snowflake, Databricks, GCP/BigQuery) and data warehousing concepts.
Experience managing data migration and platform modernization engagements.
Familiarity with AI and machine learning project delivery (PoC to production).
Experience supporting data analytics engagements end-to-end, including KPI definition and dashboard development (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate technical data concepts for executive audiences.
Expertise in scope, risk, dependency, timeline, and resource management.
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Serve as the primary client-facing lead for project planning, delivery, risk management, and communication.
Manage a diverse set of projects extending across multiple disciplines including Data Analytics, Engineering, and Decision Sciences.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients ranging from data owners to C-level executives.
Own project governance, including status reporting, issue/risk escalation, and stakeholder engagement.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
