Requirements
- 3+ years of professional services and/or project or program management experience.
- 3+ years overseeing technical delivery or consulting projects, ideally in data or analytics.
- 3+ years of client account management experience.
- CAPM or PMP certified preferred; CSM, SAFe, or equivalent Agile certifications a plus.
- Demonstrated proficiency across Hybrid, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies.
- Working knowledge of modern data ecosystems (Snowflake, Databricks, GCP/BigQuery) and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience managing data migration and platform modernization engagements.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning project delivery (PoC to production).
- Experience supporting data analytics engagements end-to-end, including KPI definition and dashboard development (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate technical data concepts for executive audiences.
- Expertise in scope, risk, dependency, timeline, and resource management.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client-facing lead for project planning, delivery, risk management, and communication.
- Manage a diverse set of projects extending across multiple disciplines including Data Analytics, Engineering, and Decision Sciences.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients ranging from data owners to C-level executives.
- Own project governance, including status reporting, issue/risk escalation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
