Requirements
- Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mining, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant technical discipline.
- 5+ years of experience managing industrial projects, preferably involving industrial software, automation, process control, or digital transformation solutions.
- Experience delivering projects within manufacturing or process industries (e.g., cement, chemicals, refining, mining, pulp & paper).
- Proven experience coordinating international, multidisciplinary, and remote technical teams.
- Strong customer-facing project management experience with the ability to build stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent planning, organization, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience preparing project plans, schedules, progress reports, and risk management documentation.
- Professional English proficiency.
- Willingness to travel regularly to industrial plants across the USA and Latin America, with occasional travel to Spain.
- Spanish proficiency is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of industrial software implementation projects across the USA and Latin America.
- Serve as the primary customer contact, coordinating communication between customer teams, local partners, and internal engineering resources.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage multiple concurrent customer projects while ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, quality, and customer expectations.
- Coordinate on-site activities at customer manufacturing plants to support implementation, project governance, and customer engagement.
- Monitor project progress through regular status meetings, reporting, and stakeholder updates.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including work plans, schedules, meeting minutes, risk logs, and decisions.
