Requirements

  • Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mining, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience managing industrial projects, preferably involving industrial software, automation, process control, or digital transformation solutions.
  • Experience delivering projects within manufacturing or process industries (e.g., cement, chemicals, refining, mining, pulp & paper).
  • Proven experience coordinating international, multidisciplinary, and remote technical teams.
  • Strong customer-facing project management experience with the ability to build stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent planning, organization, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience preparing project plans, schedules, progress reports, and risk management documentation.
  • Professional English proficiency.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to industrial plants across the USA and Latin America, with occasional travel to Spain.
  • Spanish proficiency is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of industrial software implementation projects across the USA and Latin America.
  • Serve as the primary customer contact, coordinating communication between customer teams, local partners, and internal engineering resources.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Manage multiple concurrent customer projects while ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, quality, and customer expectations.
  • Coordinate on-site activities at customer manufacturing plants to support implementation, project governance, and customer engagement.
  • Monitor project progress through regular status meetings, reporting, and stakeholder updates.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including work plans, schedules, meeting minutes, risk logs, and decisions.
