Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience managing complex IT projects or programs in an enterprise environment
- 4+ years leading cross-functional, matrixed delivery teams
- Strong experience delivering enterprise applications, cloud platforms, integrations, or infrastructure initiatives
- Proven ability to manage budgets, vendor relationships, and contracted delivery teams
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and align diverse stakeholder groups
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience operating within healthcare, life sciences, or medical device environments preferred
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT programs including ERP, CRM, cloud, data, cybersecurity, and enterprise application initiatives
- Own project planning activities including scope definition, work breakdown structures, dependency mapping, resourcing, budgeting, timelines, risk management, and delivery metrics
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into executable project roadmaps and delivery plans
- Drive project execution using Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies
- Serve as Scrum Master for Agile delivery teams when required
- Manage cross-functional dependencies across IT, Information Security, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and external vendors
- Ensure projects adhere to corporate governance, SDLC standards, cybersecurity policies, and regulatory requirements
