- Maintain a clear overview of work allocation across product, design, engineering, and implementation teams.
- Develop and run systems to provide leadership with visibility into team load, active work, and delivery risks.
- Establish and manage the company's operational cadence, including agendas for syncs, cycle kickoffs, and tracking action items.
