Requirements
- 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles.
- Deep fluency with AWS.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code in production.
- Track record of building and improving CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong experience with observability, defining SLOs, and running incident processes.
- Experience operating in a regulated or compliance-heavy environment (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
- Ability to prioritize needs based on company growth stage.
- Strong documentation skills and a preference for automation over manual processes.
Responsibilities
- Own the build, test, and deploy pipeline with focus on progressive rollouts and fast rollbacks.
- Implement and enforce infrastructure-as-code for fully reproducible environments.
- Define and maintain uptime targets, monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems.
- Mature on-call practices and processes.
- Manage change control, access controls, and audit logging to satisfy SOC 2 and bank due-diligence requirements.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure spend.
