Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience in software engineering.
- 2+ years of experience with firmware development.
- Experience with embedded Linux systems, including build tooling (e.g., Yocto), bootloaders, and board bring-up.
- Interest in firmware/hardware projects and full-stack product development.
- Experience on a fast-moving, industry-leading technology team.
- Proven ability to deliver products and features end-to-end.
- Interest in using AI tools to accelerate software development.
Responsibilities
- Build major features for the Flipturn Controller, an onsite control computer.
- Integrate EV charging infrastructure with batteries, generators, and utility programs.
- Upgrade and maintain embedded Linux systems, including bootloaders and board bring-up.
- Develop and improve firmware and full-stack components for the energy management platform.
- Drive the technical vision and engineering culture within the team.
- Collaborate across the stack to deliver end-to-end product features.
