Requirements
- Proven experience shipping production systems and discussing technical tradeoffs in depth
- Strong product instinct with the ability to question requirements and address regressions
- Experience working in environments with loose requirements
- Demonstrable experience integrating AI tools into development workflows
- Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Ability to own feature development end-to-end including architecture and rollout
Responsibilities
- Design and implement features from initial requirement through to production
- Develop and manage data models and API designs for production systems
- Integrate AI features into healthcare systems, specifically Epic workflows and pharmacy operations
- Implement evals and guardrails for LLM-based features in a regulated environment
- Monitor feature health, error logs, and user feedback to ensure system reliability
