Job Details

4+ years of experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales consulting, technical implementation, or a similar customer-facing role within B2B SaaS.
Experience supporting both pre-sale and post-sale activities, including technical discovery, solution scoping, implementation, and onboarding.
Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel, with the ability to analyze data and build compelling business cases.
Working knowledge of relational databases and cloud platforms.
Strong project-management skills to manage multiple concurrent sales cycles and implementations.
Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
Comfort delivering live product demonstrations and navigating technical discussions.
Ability to operate with urgency, precision, and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Lead the technical work-stream in enterprise sales cycles, translating prospect goals into compelling GoodShip solutions.
Design and deliver tailored proofs of concept to accelerate deal closure.
Transform complex prospect data into polished platform use cases and perform root-cause analysis to resolve technical objections.
Define and document technical requirements, implementation considerations, and success criteria.
Own technical continuity from contract signature through onboarding and stabilization.
Configure customer workflows, integrate and validate data, and coordinate with Product and Engineering teams to troubleshoot blockers.
Validate that implemented solutions deliver against outcomes established during the sales process.
