Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in program management, operations leadership, consulting, or business transformation.
- 3+ years of experience leading teams, program managers, or complex enterprise initiatives.
- Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional programs in complex operational environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive strategic decisions.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and executive-level business communication tools.
- Experience developing strategic roadmaps, business cases, operational improvement initiatives, and transformation programs.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence executives and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities with a proven ability to manage ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of strategic and operational programs aligned with business objectives, operational performance goals, and long-term growth initiatives.
- Develop and manage multi-year program roadmaps, governance structures, success metrics, and executive reporting processes.
- Drive enterprise-wide operational readiness, change management, communications, training strategies, and adoption plans.
- Partner with operations, product, technology, finance, supply chain, HR, and external stakeholders to design and implement scalable solutions.
- Influence senior leaders by presenting business cases, recommendations, risks, trade-offs, and implementation strategies.
- Establish alignment across multiple workstreams, manage competing priorities, and ensure successful delivery of milestones.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve quality and execution.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure performance and translate data into insights.
- Lead, coach, and develop program managers while establishing best practices.
