Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, or client-facing roles.
- Experience building and monitoring physician network programs or clinical operations.
- Professional background in healthcare or value-based care is a must.
- Proficiency with data, including pulling and interpreting metrics from CRM tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and leadership reporting.
- PMP certification or an MBA is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end operating model and outcomes for provider engagement and growth programs.
- Design and scale workstreams, playbooks, and processes for program management.
- Track program performance through data and provide status updates to senior leadership.
- Identify risks and blockers, maintaining clear escalation pathways.
- Perform direct outreach, follow-up, and engagement with medical practices and providers.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including analytics and commercial, to align on strategy.
