- Fluent with data, including pulling and interpreting metrics from CRM tools.
- Strong ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for leadership.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple moving pieces.
- Comfortable with high-level escalation and priority management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for external stakeholder and provider engagement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
- PMP certification or MBA preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end operating model and outcomes for provider engagement and growth team programs, initiatives, and roll-outs.
- Lead cross-functional teams and drive progress through influence, data, and timelines.
- Track program status and performance, translating data into concise, on-cadence updates for senior leadership.
- Identify risks and blockers early and maintain escalation pathways for rapid decision-making.
- Conduct external outreach and follow-up with practice staff and providers as needed.
- Collaborate with market operations, growth, and analytics teams to align strategy and direction.
- Design operating models and playbooks to scale provider engagement and growth programs.
