Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3 or more years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or revenue analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Experience working with ARR, bookings, and subscription business metrics.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to cross-functional stakeholders.
- High attention to detail.
- Experience operating in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SaaS business models and related metrics (GRR, NRR, churn) is preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce, Adaptive Planning, or similar planning tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain ARR models tracking new, expansion, contraction, and churn activity.
- Partner with the Finance Manager of Revenue to analyze gross and net renewal rate trends.
- Support strategic pricing analysis and cross-functional growth initiatives.
- Maintain data integrity between source systems and ARR reporting.
- Develop KPI frameworks to improve operational performance and scalability.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and bookings forecasts for executive leadership and the Board.
- Prepare variance analysis and bridge explanations for business reviews.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Accounting to validate ARR movements.
