Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in due diligence, third-party risk management, compliance, project management, or program management.
- Experience within fintech, payments, or financial services.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects independently.
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to provide clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks related to payments, card issuing, or financial services.
- Experience using Salesforce, reporting platforms, and productivity suites.
- Proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
- Experience in bank partnerships, audits, or compliance reviews is preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as CAMS or equivalent AML/BSA credentials are an asset.
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive due diligence reviews from program initiation through post-launch monitoring.
- Manage multiple due diligence workstreams and projects involving cross-functional teams and external banking partners.
- Partner with internal teams including Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Finance to drive efficient decision-making.
- Facilitate walkthrough sessions and presentations to guide stakeholders through due diligence outcomes.
- Develop and enhance risk assessment frameworks, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with compliance and commercial teams to ensure alignment with partner-specific requirements.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, including automation and risk mitigation strategies.
