Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience with ownership of a customer-facing SaaS product from strategy through delivery.
- 3-5+ years leading consumer-facing mobile or web products with demonstrated improvements in user activation, engagement, and retention.
- 2+ years of experience working in edtech or within K-12 educational institutions.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing product strategy for consumer-facing products across multiple international markets.
- Experience adapting product roadmaps for localization, regional customer needs, and market dynamics in the US, MENA, and LATAM regions.
- Proficiency defining product hypotheses, running A/B tests, and making decisions based on quantitative and qualitative customer data.
- Strong project management skills with high attention to detail and ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
- Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive alignment across Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business priorities.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to define and execute the product vision and strategy for global Family Engagement products.
- Utilize analytics tools like Salesforce, Amplitude, Snowflake, and DataDog to collect and analyze user behavior and platform performance data.
- Manage product releases in partnership with engineers using tools such as Claude, Figma, Jira, and Github.
- Facilitate and evolve strategic roadmap planning based on company goals and ongoing user insights.
- Act as a primary contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, synthesizing feedback from educators, administrators, and families.
- Conduct competitive analysis and research trends across the United States, MENA, and LATAM markets.
