Requirements
- 7+ years of senior-level experience in B2B or B2D SaaS event management.
- Proven track record of leading strategic event initiatives and driving measurable business outcomes.
- Expertise in designing various formats: field marketing, workshops, roundtables, and conferences.
- Demonstrated ability to independently develop and execute event strategies.
- Strong project management skills with ability to lead multi-stakeholder projects across time zones.
- Full P&L responsibility experience and ROI optimization capability.
- Deep understanding of demand generation metrics including MQL, SQL, and pipeline influence.
- Experience with developer and technical audiences, particularly mobile app developers.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
- Expert level proficiency in Notion, Zoom, Slack, and Linear.
- Comfort with regular international travel.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on event strategy development and drive operational excellence.
- Manage and reimagine first-party events including roadshows, customer dinners, workshops, and lunch & learns.
- Own a major workstream for the annual company conference.
- Design and execute demand generation events to drive qualified pipeline for Sales.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Success, and Product teams to design targeted customer experiences.
- Build repeatable event playbooks and formats for internal stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce reliance on external vendors.
