Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
3-5+ years of experience in Implementation of SaaS solutions or technical Client Success Manager role.
Experience working with high-stakes accounts and managing C-level stakeholders.
Strong project and client management skills.
Experience leading data validation, unit testing, and UAT.
Experience with sFTP automation and API builds (reviewing logs, troubleshooting).
Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
Ability to drive solutions on unknown systems, processes, and workflows.
Detail-oriented with the ability to set priorities and be flexible.
Excellent written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead new clients through complex implementations and support post-launch handoff.
Manage technical and non-technical stakeholders while ensuring timely project delivery.
Perform comprehensive discovery and document implementation requirements.
Support re-implementations to ensure quality, on-time delivery, and mitigate operational risk.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Client Success.
Work with product partners to support new or improved functionality requirements.
Perform technical research to solve complex customer integration challenges.
Provide technical mentorship and share knowledge to elevate team capabilities.
Suggest new product features based on implementation experience and customer feedback.
