Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience across implementation, configuration, and solution design.
- 3–5 years of Salesforce architecture experience (minimum required).
- Deep, hands-on expertise in Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) or CPQ.
- Proven experience producing HLD, LLD, and conceptual diagrams.
- Strong experience with billing systems, invoicing, billing schedules, and payment handling.
- Experience working with integration teams to design and govern cross-system integrations.
- An AI-first mindset with exposure to Agentforce and Claude-based solutions.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience designing and delivering complex B2B SaaS Salesforce solutions.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the architectural coach and mentor for engineers and solution designers across the Product-to-Cash domain.
- Produce High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), and conceptual diagrams for technical and business audiences.
- Manage architecture and system roadmaps, ensuring alignment with platform standards.
- Architect and govern the billing system and platform, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and payment handling.
- Apply an AI-first mindset, leveraging Agentforce and Claude-based solutions to solve business and technical problems.
- Partner with integration teams to govern data flow between billing, ERP, and other systems.
