Requirements
- 4+ years of experience within GRC, Cyber Risk, or adjacent fields as a Solutions Engineer, Consultant, or Practitioner.
- Proven experience tailoring and conducting software demonstrations.
- Experience in client or customer-facing presentations.
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and engagements simultaneously.
- Curiosity and ability to understand complex customer problems.
- Effective communication skills to convey product value to prospective customers.
- Desire to work within a team focused on winning new business and expanding accounts.
- Nice to have: Experience selling, implementing, or administering GRC SaaS platforms.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with generative AI platforms for workflow optimization.
- Nice to have: Hands-on experience with LogicGate’s Risk Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Conduct highly effective product demonstrations with prospective customers and LogicGate Account Executives.
- Lead client workshops to uncover details of current state processes, business challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Listen to customer pain points and connect their needs to LogicGate solution features.
- Configure the no-code platform for customized demonstrations and proof-of-concept projects.
- Build relationships with prospective customers as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales journey.
- Conduct webinars and assist in content creation including white papers and blog posts.
- Provide intelligence to the Product team to identify new features and represent customer feedback.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Implementation Management teams to ensure seamless post-sale transitions.
