Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or technology delivery at a SaaS company.
  • Strong emphasis on partner engagement experience.
  • Technical background with experience working with APIs.
  • Curiosity to learn new cloud technologies.
  • Working knowledge of AI-Assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot).
  • Experience in the Security and/or IT industry.
  • Experience in the Public Sector industry.
  • Strong skills in uncovering customer needs and delivering compelling demos.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.
  • Project management skills and ability to deliver customer solutions.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep knowledge of Tines automation and apply it to customer security and IT challenges.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and technical demos to alliance partners to win sales.
  • Build and execute enablement programs for channel and technical alliance partners.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify and develop use cases for the Tines platform.
  • Drive the strategic direction for Solutions Engineering in North America, aligning with partnership goals.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to other Solutions Engineers.
  • Represent Tines at industry events, conferences, and webinars.
  • Influence the product roadmap through market feedback and collaboration with product management and engineering teams.
  • Act as a senior advocate for key partners to ensure their needs are met.
  • Identify and implement improvements to the sales engineering function and operations.
