Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or technology delivery at a SaaS company.
- Strong emphasis on partner engagement experience.
- Technical background with experience working with APIs.
- Curiosity to learn new cloud technologies.
- Working knowledge of AI-Assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot).
- Experience in the Security and/or IT industry.
- Experience in the Public Sector industry.
- Strong skills in uncovering customer needs and delivering compelling demos.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.
- Project management skills and ability to deliver customer solutions.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Develop deep knowledge of Tines automation and apply it to customer security and IT challenges.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and technical demos to alliance partners to win sales.
- Build and execute enablement programs for channel and technical alliance partners.
- Collaborate with Sales to identify and develop use cases for the Tines platform.
- Drive the strategic direction for Solutions Engineering in North America, aligning with partnership goals.
- Mentor and provide guidance to other Solutions Engineers.
- Represent Tines at industry events, conferences, and webinars.
- Influence the product roadmap through market feedback and collaboration with product management and engineering teams.
- Act as a senior advocate for key partners to ensure their needs are met.
- Identify and implement improvements to the sales engineering function and operations.
