Job Details

3-5+ years of experience in Product Management, Solutions Architecture, Program Management, or Sales Engineering.
Demonstrated focus on B2B SaaS, enterprise tools, or employee benefits/wellness platforms.
Proven experience shipping and managing client-facing dashboards or configuration systems.
Experience managing third-party integrations such as APIs or SSO.
Strong systems thinking with the ability to design scalable, reusable onboarding frameworks.
Ability to balance enterprise client feature requests with long-term platform scalability.
Excellent relationship-building skills for partnering with commercial teams.
Experience in healthcare, B2B2C, or regulated environments (preferred).
Familiarity with eligibility systems, data integrations, or interoperability (preferred).
Exposure to admin tools or platform UX (preferred).

Own the product roadmap for Employer and Partner-facing solutions, focusing on activation, engagement, and retention.
Strategically own the integration framework for third-party B2B partners, such as wellness platforms and benefits aggregators.
Define and build self-service capabilities to streamline employer onboarding and implementation.
Manage the B2B Admin Portal experience to facilitate usage trend tracking and actionable insights for clients.
Develop engagement solutions including automated email triggers and internal communications tools.
Provide product and technical expertise to Sales and Customer Success teams for documentation and sales enablement.
Identify and implement AI-driven automation for partner onboarding, data processing, and support workflows.
