Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager of digital products (SaaS, mobile, web, AI, etc.)
  • Strong relationship management experience in client-facing or executive-level roles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in dynamic environments
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
  • Located in the EST time zone (or adjacent)
  • Ability to overlap with the European team between 8am-1pm Eastern Time

Responsibilities

  • Manage 2 to 3 active clients and projects simultaneously, maintaining visibility on status, timelines, and blockers.
  • Research client markets to identify industry trends and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision and initial scope.
  • Partner with designers to translate requirements into intuitive, user-friendly designs.
  • Define user stories and requirements for project managers, development, and QA teams.
  • Lead weekly client meetings to present progress and demo milestones.
  • Manage client expectations and facilitate scope or prioritization discussions.
  • Support sales activities by joining prospect calls and scoping new project documentation.
