Requirements
- 4+ years of proven relationship building and closing experience in a sales environment.
- Demonstrated experience establishing strategic C-level relationships.
- Ability to run a full sales lifecycle within the SMB segment.
- Experience executing detailed product presentations and web demonstrations to executives.
- Proven experience managing, expanding, and renewing customer relationships.
- Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
- Strong listening skills and ability to manage and overcome objections.
- Ability to utilize internal resources like Sales Engineers and Customer Success teams.
- Strong collaborative mindset with a focus on team success.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct both on-site and virtual presentations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and ultimate owner of account relationships.
- Manage all commercial transactions including upsells, cross-sells, and end-to-end renewals.
- Prospect within assigned territory to identify, qualify, and close new ACV opportunities.
- Develop and execute success plans for high-value accounts.
- Monitor account health and usage patterns to mitigate churn risks.
- Cultivate relationships with VPs and C-suite executives.
- Provide leadership with accurate monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts.
- Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to resolve complex client issues.
