Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven relationship building and closing experience in a sales environment.
  • Demonstrated experience establishing strategic C-level relationships.
  • Ability to run a full sales lifecycle within the SMB segment.
  • Experience executing detailed product presentations and web demonstrations to executives.
  • Proven experience managing, expanding, and renewing customer relationships.
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals.
  • Strong listening skills and ability to manage and overcome objections.
  • Ability to utilize internal resources like Sales Engineers and Customer Success teams.
  • Strong collaborative mindset with a focus on team success.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct both on-site and virtual presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and ultimate owner of account relationships.
  • Manage all commercial transactions including upsells, cross-sells, and end-to-end renewals.
  • Prospect within assigned territory to identify, qualify, and close new ACV opportunities.
  • Develop and execute success plans for high-value accounts.
  • Monitor account health and usage patterns to mitigate churn risks.
  • Cultivate relationships with VPs and C-suite executives.
  • Provide leadership with accurate monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to resolve complex client issues.
