Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- 5–10 years of combined experience in account management and customer success, specifically within the background check/screening or consumer reporting industry.
- Progressive experience leading customer success teams with a history of meeting retention objectives.
- Working knowledge of FCRA requirements, adjudication workflows, and regulatory considerations.
- Experience building a customer success strategy, operations model, and reporting framework.
- Experience designing and using key metrics (TAT, accuracy, adoption, churn, NPS/CSAT).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in up-sell and churn reduction within the screening/compliance space.
- Strong Excel and Salesforce expertise.
- Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills for compliance and legal stakeholders.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% for industry conferences.
Responsibilities
- Achieve budgeted quotas for recurring revenue retention within the background screening client base.
- Lead the Customer Success function and team, building partnerships across Product, Compliance, Operations, and Sales.
- Drive continuous improvement of renewal, add-on sales, and services engagement processes.
- Partner with leadership to set goals that minimize attrition and maximize ROI.
- Ensure client feedback on screening product performance and compliance is communicated throughout the organization.
- Integrate Customer Success teams of acquired screening companies.
- Serve as the executive escalation point for critical accounts.
