Requirements
- 5+ years of proven B2B software product management experience.
- Experience running end-to-end product lifecycles from discovery to go-to-market launches.
- Strong expertise in predictive analytics and AI/ML products.
- Track record of building systems with high requirements for accuracy, explainability, and user trust.
- Ability to translate ambiguity into clarity and represent product organizations on cross-company initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
- Strong emotional intelligence for building trust with technical and business stakeholders.
- Proven ability to navigate difficult conversations and resolve conflict.
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the predictive revenue engine for sales forecasting.
- Lead product discovery by understanding buyer and seller personas through research, quantitative data, and experimentation.
- Partner with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and UX Designers to translate user stories into technical requirements and manage delivery.
- Define, track, and optimize measurable KPIs for product releases like adoption, retention, and usage.
- Enable cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, to ensure internal alignment and market readiness.
