Requirements
- 6+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
- Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse) and Python.
- Experience with data visualization and analytical tools such as Metabase.
- Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering tangible impact.
- Clear and persuasive communication skills capable of influencing leadership.
- Ability to work effectively in a GitHub-based environment.
- First principles thinking approach to problem-solving.
- Capability to walk stakeholders through complex findings.
Responsibilities
- Define business problems and understand the key decisions to be informed before starting analysis.
- Define metrics, build reports, and run analyses to surface data insights.
- Design and execute experiments to improve key business metrics.
- Drive outcomes by delivering recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations counterparts.
- Own the analytical function end-to-end for assigned business units such as growth, product, AI, or partnerships.
