Requirements
- Proven, deep professional experience as a Meta Ads Specialist.
- Ability to scale ad spend efficiently and structure campaigns for lead velocity.
- Advanced hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) workflow builder, pipeline management, and email automation.
- Understanding of mapping custom fields and setting up Webhooks.
- Experience utilizing native integrations to sync ad networks with CRMs.
- Strong analytical mindset and troubleshooting skills.
- Obsession with marketing data accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Build, launch, optimize, and manage paid lead generation campaigns within the Meta Ads Platform.
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot the Meta Pixel and Conversions API for tracking accuracy.
- Engineer automation funnels to feed Meta leads directly into GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Build and optimize custom GHL workflows, automated triggers, pipelines, and email nurturing campaigns.
- Handle routine posting of organic content across active social media channels.
