Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in an operations support, finance, or business administration role.
- Property development or closely related real-estate experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with experience using data to drive business decisions.
- Exceptional written and verbal British English communication skills.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships, including operations, finance, marketing, external clients, and senior leadership.
- Experience with ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Experience with Google Workspace.
- Experience with Gemini and a CRM platform.
- Ability to work during UK business hours.
Responsibilities
- Complete targeted rotations across core business functions (Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing) to gain end-to-end commercial insight into property development workflows.
- Critique existing operational workflows, identify bottlenecks, and execute pragmatic process improvements to enhance cost-effectiveness and operational throughput.
- Track departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), interpret operational data, and present actionable insights to senior leadership to drive strategic decision-making.
- Lead and support department-specific initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to governance standards.
- Handle operational HR queries and employee relations matters with tact, professionalism, and strict compliance.
- Manage key external and internal stakeholder interactions, supporting front-line operational delivery and client-facing requirements.
